This is a midwinter celebration inspired by the ancient Celtic festival of Imbolc and the story of St. Brigid — a time to gather, create, reconnect with nature, and shake off the winter blues. Expect a cozy afternoon filled with crafting, wellness activities, music, Irish food, and a makers’ bazaar.

🎟 How much are tickets, and what do they include?

Tickets are $20 per person + processing fee. Your ticket includes:

  • Access to craft stations

  • Live entertainment

  • Entry to the wellness zone

  • Entry to the midwinter vendor bazaar

  • All-day access to the event space

Children under 5 attend free. Space is limited — purchase your tickets early!

You’ll be able to:

  • Make your own lantern

  • Weave a St. Brigid’s cross

  • Try your hand at spring-themed nature crafts

  • Visit the Wellness & Renewal Zone for grounding rituals and resources

🌱 What is Imbolc?

Imbolc is an ancient Celtic festival marking the halfway point between winter and spring, traditionally celebrated around February 1st. It symbolizes purification, the return of light, fertility, and the first signs of new life — snowdrops blooming, longer days, and creative awakening.


🧕 Who is St. Brigid?

St. Brigid of Kildare is a beloved Irish saint known for her compassion, connection to nature, healing, and creativity. Her legacy blends Celtic goddess symbolism and Christian tradition — making her a symbol of renewal, light, and the sacred feminine.


🛍 Will there be food and vendors?

Yes! You can shop from local artists, makers, herbalists, and Irish cultural vendors at our Midwinter Bazaar. Irish-inspired food and cozy seasonal drinks will also be available for purchase at Forest City Brewery.


🙋 How can I volunteer?

We’d love your help! Volunteers assist with:

  • Craft tables

  • Set-up & clean-up

  • Greeting guests

  • Vendor support
